Business Intelligence Revenue Management

Responsibilities:
• Manage the data requirements for entire Jumeirah and all properties to be sole expert across the number of data systems and how they interrelate
• Prepare all data reports for management decisions – Revenue Core pack, GM pack, Jumeirah Forecasting, any Ad Hoc requests from commercial leadership
• Key contact with Finance to resolve data issues and align revenues across the Jumeirah Group
• Handle the relationship with external vendors – Qlik, ITD as well as internal stakeholders – IT, Finance, Revenue. Search, evaluate and recommend new vendors while revamping current processes
• Holder of data integrity for Jumeirah Group – data reconciliation
• Drive and participate on all data projects designed to streamline, optimize and standardize across the group
• Analyse reports and share results as requested by Revenue Management leadership
• Create detailed analytical reports in Excel as required and be able to collate data from multiple systems
• Liaise with Business Intelligence leadership to identify opportunities for improvement as well as create supporting training materials to drive adoption of the reporting platform
