Director of Strategy and Planning

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive regional strategy for Careem rides by building a deep understanding of customer needs, understanding the macro realities of markets and factoring in global trends related to mobility
• Create business cases and financial models to launch new business lines supported by data and analytics
• Develop short- and long-term strategic plans in line with our Super App vision while ensuring different business lines have Careem’s local maxima prioritized
• Work on identifying new potential markets / segments / use-cases and devise the entry strategy
• Define organizational priorities on an annual and quarterly basis, at the group-level
• Develop market focused strategies to support the operational teams on the ground
• Support business teams in planning and analysis of high impact initiatives, e.g
