الوصف الوظيفي
?Coordinate with Accounts, Transportation Team, C & F team, to ensure that smooth services are provided to clients from invoices, SOAs, and strong collections are done in a timely manner.
?Collect invoices from outsourced transport vendor/shipping lines through email/web login
?Coordinate with the Transport and Sea Freight team for job and FRESA related updates
?Responsible for the job audit to ensure that all shipments are billed to customers on time.
?Responsible for one day prior Original BL collection process & payment request process initiated in Accounts according to customer requirement and agreed terms
