What you will be doing:

- To prepare the ingredients, material and equipment needed for the daily pastry operations in coordination with the Commis team members as required

- To assist the Pastry Chef in preparing the forecasts and reports

- Communicate to the Pastry Chef any updates, guest or internal customer comments and other relevant information to ensure the smooth operation of the section
