Foreman

Responsibilities:
• Assist the supervisors in planning activities.
• Liaise with Project Manager / Trade Supervision to provide best crane operation & as many lifts to completed set target.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
• Conduct regular checks on Cranes, complete weekly check list, report fault / breakdown to FPM.
• Ensure all gangway, tower, baskets are in good condition and tested by 3rd party.
• Coordinate with FPM and release cranes for PMS as per schedule.
• Expediting crane schedule in liaison with supervisor as per project demand.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness.
• Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily appraisal for operators.
• Liaise with other discipline foremen / supervision to ensure the optimum utilization of available resources, with the overall objective of successful completion of the project.
• Actively participate in department Management programs, KPO targets.
• Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards.
