• You will achieve highest customer satisfaction within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
• You will lead and hold full disciplinary responsibility of a team of highly qualified and motivated customer service engineers and application specialists.
• You and your team are responsible for providing technical and applications support for business partners and end-customers for 20 countries across Middle East and Africa.
• You will help define and implement service budgets by including installed base development, contractual/non-contractual services work whilst keeping high focus on productivity, efficiency and effectiveness to meet the defined Healthcare target agreements.
• You will ensure highest technical, operational and financial performance of implementation projects, instrument services and maintenance, upgrades and updates of diagnostic laboratory instruments, complex automation and IT solutions according to technical specifications.
• You will cooperate with the other Customer Services functions and follow the implemented and required Service Support Processes SERVOR (registration, clarification, dispatch, spare part logistic, service confirmation).
• You will oversee resource development and execute required manpower planning in the context of installed-base development and budget whilst focusing on remote service concepts and productivity gains.
