Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day‐to‐day management and strategic development of the company’s multi‐channel fulfillment network.
• Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Area and ultimately the Fulfillment to meet and exceed Business Plan. Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for Area Managers.
• People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.
• Work with all stakeholders (Logistics, Planning, Central operations) to achieve set targets and adhere to all procedures and policy of noon grocery fulfillment centers.
• Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including Inbound, Stores, Shipping, Quality Control and maintaining inventory and associated records.
