Senior Principal Structural Draftsman

Responsibilities:
• Plan, supervise and assign manpower resources.
• Coordinate all drafting activities within the structural discipline.
• Ensure drafting deliverables are issued per client specification and applicable Level 2 procedures.
• Assist Structural Manager in preparing estimates for proposals and job scope change.
• Direct Squad Leaders to execute assigned tasks in a consistent manner.
• Identify manpower requirements against booked and forecast work.
Basic Qualifications:
• Required a diploma in Design or Drafting or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of experience in predominately offshore oil and gas company.
• At least 2 to 3 years supervisory experience.
• Detailed knowledge of 3D and 2D structural associated industry detailing standards.
• Expertise in 3D & 2D structural drafting and material control systems.
