Marine Waterfronts Lead

Responsibilities;

You will quickly assimilate into leading project teams for the delivery of waterfront projects in KSA, bringing project delivery experience within a multi-disciplinary environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring inter-office project planning, delivery and financial performance of bids and projects.

You will have autonomy over the management of project deliverables and drive the business development activities including business relationships with Clients, identifying work opportunities, and managing delivery of proposals.
You will have the opportunity to utilize your professional leadership, support and development of the team within KSA.

This role is a key pillar of the Jacobs Ports and Maritime Strategy and will have a central position in engaging our clients at the highest levels to understand and support their aspirations.

You will work with valued clients, supporting their requirements as necessary, assisting strategic bids, growing the local team and being a visible industry leader in delivery for Jacobs.

You will partner with sales to ensure healthy growth of portfolio at market/sector level and stay on top of the market trends and the teams' capabilities.
You will ensure a consistent approach to delivery execution within KSA.
