Site In Charge

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of all shifts
• Accountable to achieve sales targets and drive financials performances of the site In conjunction with the RFS / Area Manager, analyse monthly profit and sales reports for all areas of the business including convenience store and forecourt. produce action plans to address any areas of financial performance, which require improvement.
• To ensure that sufficient stock of all products is available always to satisfy all customer demands.To ensure that no LTI occurs at the site
• Conducting nights visits/inspections and report any findings as well as follow up with different departments and come up with action plans.
• Manage the customer service experience by ensuring that employees provide at all time the standard customer service; In addition, dealing with all customer complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner and informing the RFS / area manager of any serious or ongoing complaints.
