• Formatting CV’s on behalf of the consultants and ensuring there is a high level of attention to detail
• Marketing duties and updating information on a regular basis including updating consultant inserts, creating Hays standard documentation and assembly of league tables
• Taking new job descriptions and details while keeping track of Client enquiries, forwarding to corresponding person
• Preparing documents and charts using Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Publisher
• Liaising with our suppliers on ordering and designing business cards for all staff, and new orders of stationary
• Managing the client and candidate emails, replying and forwarding to concerned person in a timely manner
• Gathering all client and candidate survey information and reformatting into charts for the management team
• Ordering flowers and dealing with all shipments and couriers, worldwide
• Keeping track of all room bookings
• Keeping record of all Terms of Business signed and unsigned
• Front of house duties, screening calls/ handling complaints, directing clients and candidates to the correct person
• Supporting the Managing Director and any other ad hoc duties, this may include supporting the HR and Marketing team
• Assist in organizing internal and external events
