• Earn trust across a range of partners and customers to establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.
• Partner with the L&D & HR team, as well as other key client partner and vendor teams to deliver on operational strategy and annual plans for skill development programs and inclusion learning offerings.
• Track progress, measure success, and report on D&I and results.
• Liaise and manage relationships with an external network of partners providing D&I content and facilitation and public speaking opportunities.
• Connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.
• Delivery of DE&I Strategy.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and make inclusion programs consistent across Etisalat Group while balancing the business need for flexibility.
• Architect, design and lead organization-wide learning that builds inclusion capabilities for leaders, managers, employees, and teams at Etisalat.
• Liaise with other stakeholders (People Analytics, IT, People Operations, Compensation ETC) to integrate, assess, report, and swiftly respond to progress and challenges related to our learning strategies.
• Provide specific, practical, and actionable tools and resources (i.e. dashboards, templates, etc.) for HR Business Partners to help advance D&I conversations within each function and region.
