Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Support Management initiatives and decisions by taking initiatives to comply and implement what is required to support the daily operation and business needs.
• Plan, organize, facilitate and document the IT policies and procedures following the international standards, best practices and IT regulations and ensure that IT Team is adopting it.
• Identify, analyze and assess IT internal risks and suggest remediation plan to overcome IT internal challenges and enhance the integration between IT processes.
• Respond with remediation plan for any internal control deficiencies identified either directly as part of the monitoring process or through the formal auditing or testing processes.
• Assist IT teams with the development, documentation, implementation, monitoring and reporting of control processes and process flow charts, documentation and compliance routines.
• Coordinate with process owners and stakeholders to ensure the development and maintenance of Internal IT Controls to comply with the requirements of standards, best practices, laws and regulations.
