• Understand the goal, audience, and message of a campaign and develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Oversee off-page reputation management for Brand DAMAC across 3rd party websites
• Work with Customer Service to help address and solve customer complaints, questions and other inquiries in a timely manner.
• Engage quickly and efficiently in pop-culture/real time/trending moments, across platforms with accurate and engaging content.
• Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop social and where required site content, style and layout
• Create and publish engaging content
• Develop and maintain an ever-evolving editorial calendar via a detailed publishing schedule.
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
• Provide support to other team members in monitoring and engaging in brand related online conversations.
• Participate in inter-departmental brainstorms and actively contribute new and exciting ideas to implement in future campaigns and initiatives.
