• Support the regional Sales team and Product Management team to develop content and messaging to be used with customers, influencers and end users to promote our portfolio across the channel and in specific profitable verticals. Support sales bids to optimally position our product unique differentiation to win more sales. Ensure our partners are ready for new product adoption at time of launch.
• Own the go-to-market for new product launches and campaigns and marketing activities to promote the portfolio in the different channels and verticals: Define and execute New Product Introduction campaigns identifying target customers and developing messaging, digital activities and actions across the channel and key verticals to accelerate the product introduction and market awareness.
• Collaborate with local marketing communications on digital marketing and (Lead to Revenue) L2R plans for campaigns, product launches, and events. Integrate campaigns with digital properties and the L2R model.
• Own the partner loyalty and enablement program in your territory. Develop customer segmentation and manage partner growth and acquisition programs. Manage partner benefits including MDF/coop eligibility and spend.
• Analyze, calculate and report on business data, demonstrating business impact of Marketing activities
• Collaborate with the territory sales team to build an intimate understanding of the local customers and market dynamics of the commercial fire marketplace.
• Ensure regional websites and digital tools meet the needs of local customers by liaising with the digital marketing team
• Regularly meet with customers and attend regional Honeywell and relevant industry trade events.
• Manage within regional budget and campaign budgets.
