• Experience in Legal consultant in business environment.
  
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  
• Oversee the completion and handover of projects to ensure that conditions are met, and legal documents are effectively transferred.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in law.
  
• Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
  
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a corporate lawyer.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

4). Work Hours will be total 10 Hours every day (8 Hours a day + 2 Hours overtime a day) and 6 working days in a week.

8.) Work Location Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. 9.) Joining ticket will not be provided by the company.
