الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Lead/focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives including planning events to showcase Amazon as an Equal Opportunity Employer
• Track data and identify and solve gaps in candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and administration as needed
