Education Degree: Minimum Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent. Experience 5+ years of Information Technology experience. 3+ year of experience in implementing and administrating application security solutions. Strong knowledge and experience in end user support frameworks Strong knowledge and experience in managing 24*7 support team and shifts Strong problem solving and priorities skills Solid understanding of technical application support and application security concept and requirements Cybersecurity knowledge in IT and OT will be added advantage
Qualification/ Certification: Minimum 5 years experienced in a similar role Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects Experience in designing technical course content Ability to address training needs with complete courses Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint) Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Degree in a relevant technical field Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset Oracle Certification in relevant modules for training is mandatory Skills Requirement: Must have a strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance, PPM or HCM A strong detail oriented individual and with a track record of implementing best practices. Ability to collaborate and drive key stakeholder meetings to determine training needs for an organization. Must be pragmatic ability to pivot and adapt to changing priorities or challenges An advantage, experience in Oracle Technology Stack including SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Discoverer, BI Publisher, Workflows, and Oracle APIs. Energetic with a great deal of personal drive, enthusiasm, and initiative.
