Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Leasing Coordinator who will be responsible for providing organizational and administrative support for the Leasing and Management staff and is responsible for all administrative activities.
- Complete applications and new resident files including Credit/Criminal history checks and Employer/Landlord verifications.
- Approve leases (new leases and transfers)
- Draft leases.
- Deliver lease file to RSM to schedule move-in.
- Assist in the Lead process including My New Place website.
- Ensure faxes/calls/e-mails get to Leasing Consultants during peak season.
- Assist with leasing calls/e-mails and schedule appointments.
- Coordinates the file process and ensures all paperwork is in file prior to final review.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree preferred and 2+ years of related training or experience.
- Computer skills including: internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Knowledge of database and real estate property management applications helpful.
- Experience working in Class A Office Spaces/Properties is a must.
- Fluency in Arabic would be preferred
