Maintaining up to date inventory

Reporting accidents and Maintaining certification letters & training certificates

Developing, conducting, and documenting appropriate drills &Conducting risk assessment

Developing Personal Qualifications Standards Responsible for Operation, Maintenance, upgradation and Inspection records of the vessel coordinate with Outside agencies for inspections, repairs, maintenance

Responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the relevant vessel(s),including but not limited to

- Monitoring/Control of vessels speed & bunker consumption

- Monitoring/Control of vessels cargo intakes, bunker requirements, freshwater, Diesel, consumables etc

- Procurement of bunkers through the selected suppliers.

- Scheduling of vessels port stay, including monitoring of pumping performance to optimize greater turnaround time.

- Updating of in-house Shipping operational system

- Operational procedures for vessels

- Evaluating Pre/Post Voyage analysis

Recommend to the Team Leader/Manager(Comm Ops Department) on any operational procedures, which will improve the operation efficiency of the ships Assist in coordinating the dry docking schedule of the vessels in consultation with technical/Chartering/Operation Department.

actively monitor crew change /plans of travels. - update travel requirements and ensure availability of valid crew documents

Requirements

• Graduate inBachelor in Nautical Science
  
• Must have min 2 years work experience in Marine field as operation coordinator
  
• Prefer applicants with GCC work experience
  
• Prefer applicants only who are available in UAE to join immediately.
