- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, idealy with experience in Automotive industry
- Good understanding and experience of Cloud Architecture covering IaaS, PaaS and SaaS based applications, ideally using Microsoft Azure
- Experience in designing cloud native applications using Containers and Serverless technologies following Microservice based architectures
- Strong experience in the design and implementation of multiple integration patterns covering SOA and API s
- Background in application development
- Understands the key considerations in Security, Resilience and High-Availability when designing new patterns for mission-critical applications
- Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and creative in solving problems, experience in using design thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenter with a high degree of comfort in front of audiences of all sizes and able to translate complex subjects in a simple manner (Senior Executives, IT management and developers)
- Ability to build strong relationships across multiple IT teams including infrastructure, application, security and data
- Good leadership and teamwork skills with strong experience of working collaboratively in an agile environment using SCRUM, Kanban, etc to deliver new products and services.

- Solid understanding and experience of ITIL covering Incident, Problem & Change to improve the Operations Architecture

PERSON SPECIFIC: Education: College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5-7 years experience in SAP HR/Payroll implementation and support. Must have worked on International Payroll schema, Rules and Payroll functions Basic ABAP Knowledge is required. UAE Payroll experience would be an advantage. Experience of Employee central would be added advantage Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of On-premise integration with Successfactors Analysis and troubleshooting skills used to support end users.
