Responsibilities:
• Build a rapport with these customers, incentive programs and be able to conduct research to validate our new products and services.
• Share feedback with relevant stakeholders and build personas for each brand.
• Profile customers at our brand sites and conduct on-the-spot user research to understand demographics, user pain points, and innovations.
• Conduct general online market research for best practices, competitor analysis, and upcoming trends.
• Create and enroll a group of beta testers based on a predefined customer persona for our business verticals.
