DRIVER

• Liaise with various hotel departments regarding the trip requests
• Abides by the laws and regulations of the traffic code / RTA as required by the emirate of Dubai
• Keeps an accurate record of all the vehicle maintenance
• Logs and informs the reporting Manager immediately if any damage or accident occurs
• Maintains all the hotel vehicles cleanliness, sanitation and servicing
• To provide a safe and timely pick-up and drop-off to all guests (internal and external) as arranged by the Team Supervisor
• Prepare trip reports accordingly
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Exercises attentiveness and care when parking or driving the hotel vehicles
• Other duties as assigned
• Follow hotel policies, procedures and service standards
• Takes the hotel vehicles for service and repair timely
