• Designs and develops sustainability policy, strategy, manuals, guidelines and codes of practice for approval by ENOC Head-Group Sustainability/Chief Sustainability Officer and Management and support in implementing sustainability performance improvement initiatives and elements into its core business processes and decision-making.
• Develops and sets ENOC Group wide new objectives and targets that will be part of scorecard for ENOC Group, Business Units, Segments and Corporate Departments to track sustainability performance which shall be time bound, specific and measurable. In addition, reviews the sustainability performance on a quarterly basis against the targets in scorecard to ascertain whether results are consistent and are carried out as planned.
• Establishes and implements a strategic approach to drive ENOC group to periodically measure and monitor the sustainability impacts (Energy, Environment, Economic and Social) of its processes and to design ENOC Sustainability
• Index with KPIs, short- and long-term goals in line with the ENOC’s vision and mission.
• Conducts technical-economic assessment of the proposed projects/initiatives on its sustainability impact (Energy, Environment, Economic and Social) and future sustainable performance and identify options for potential cost reduction opportunities to improve project attractiveness.
• Responsible to integrate sustainability (Energy, Environment and Social aspects) in design and outline sustainable procurement strategies (including eliminating use of hazardous materials; observation of human rights and labour conditions during the procurement process) and conducts Post Investment Review (PIR) to ensure the benefits are realized on a long-term ongoing basis.
