Aviation Refueling Operator

Responsibilities:
• Discuss with mechanic/engineer on flight about flight details.
• Move to the allocated flight by the shift supervisor within planned time.
• Checks the Dispo screen in FHS (Flight Handling System) for the allocated flight by the shift supervisors.
• Drive the assigned vehicle following airport safety and security rules.
• Perform the product visual check as per Chevron Aviation Quality Manual before loading and after loading.
• Position the vehicle safely and properly.
• Verify the flight details with noted details.
• Check the work plan board for allocated vehicles by the shift supervisors.
• Check the refuller ullage and go for loading as assigned by the shift supervisor.
• Note down vehicle and flight details and verify flight data (parking and tail number) with UFIS (Universal Flight Information System),
• Check the available quantity in assigned refuller.
