Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field; Project Management Certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum, Agile framework exposure & relevant Agile project delivery experience is required
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 10+ years IT Experience, including 5+ years demonstrated experience in successful delivery of medium to large scale projects; experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions. Must have Agile certification & experience in successful delivery of Agile projects. Candidate should have a good hands-on experience on project delivery using Waterfall, Agil & Hybrid model as necessary. + 2years dedicated to managing Data / Data platform related projects. Experience with Power BI, Alterix and Tableau are a must.
Personal characteristics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, mentoring Strong attention to detail skills. Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal style. Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively document procedures. 5 Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelors / Master s Degree or the equivalent in Computer Engineering, computer Science or a related field
