- Plays a lead role in penetrating key accounts and aggressively expand market share.
- Determine, advise and close sales cycles with company executives.
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
- Proactively recruit and develop new prospective partners and resellers.
- Accountable for driving and meeting monthly sales quota and pipe generation targets.
- Elaboration of detailed partner business plans and control of the corresponding strategies.
- Put in place KPIs to guarantee resellers and partners performance.
- Identification of business topics and generation of adequate sales opportunities.
- Establishment and expansion of a sales pipeline via resellers.
- Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning to resolve possible account ownership issues.
- Close collaboration with corporate Indirect channel marketing team to develop the annual reseller marketing plan.
Requirements
- Master Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (Technical sales related field)
- B. Tech Graduate
- A solid documented history of Industrial Fabrication Sales/Business Development
- 8 Plus years experience working with Piping Fabrication in UAE
