IT Operations Manager

Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
• Enforce the security and safety procedures
• Ensure that IT Procedures and policies are well deployed and followed in all stores
• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Follow up with country IT managers their action plans and their specific projects
• Maintain professional, impartial and efficient relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure the proper conservation, utilization and profitability of the company’s assets
• Coordinate, communicate and follow up the implementation IT systems in new countries/stores opening.
• Ensure implementation of the performance management process
