Senior Manager

• Launching global framework to assess and drive efficiencies within the Product Operations Organization
• Liaising with OFSD Excellence organization to drive competency management and upskilling of the workforce
• Driving vendor negotiations to optimize value on investment related to contractual labor force
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, forecast and resource allocation
• Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
• Overseeing the execution of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Developing streamlined project management processes and policies to improve operational efficiency, execution, and communication

To be successful in this role you will: * Have Strong business acumen with a minimum 12 years of related work experience
• Training on Lean Six Sigma and PMP and/or MBA may be advantageous
• Have experience in managing large cross-functional teams (50+) and proven record of achieving targets
• Have track record of cross-functional project delivery – management of project timeline, implementation roadmap, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and go-live activities
• Have excellent analytical skills; must be able to drive collection of required data and build insights to improve organization performance
