•Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and offline content.
•Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors including but not limited to affiliated malls and suppliers.
•Undertake daily tasks to ensure the functionality and synchronize of the department’s activities
•Support Head of Marketing in organizing various projects.
•Managing Influencers and sourcing new potential influencer collaborations and reporting.
•Collaborate with procurement/warehouse department on various projects and requirements including but not limited to production, deadlines, and samples.
•Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
•Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
•Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
•Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to shops
•Assist in providing weekly facts and figures on promotional campaign successes by coordinating with the IT Department, operations, and procurement.
•Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness•Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of offline materials
•Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Organise a calendar of marketing events, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, service launches, shop openings or other marketing activities
•Represent the company at events•Prepare and coordinate all financial PO’s
•Coordinate with suppliers, to produce marketing materials.
