• To report in writing all supplies which are not available to the Housekeeping Coordinator.
• To maintain and update all requisition records.
• To maintain and update the equipment’s record file.
• To support administrational tasks as required.
• To update the task sheet and submit to HK department end of each shift.
• To collect supplies from General Stores.
• To receive and store direct deliveries.
• To prepare and issue Housekeeping supplies to all floors.
• Coordinate with Public area supervisor for the repair of cleaning equipment’s including chemical dispensers.
• To record all cleaning equipment’s sent out for repair and to prepare the corresponding gate pass.
• To coordinate furniture repairs with Engineering and Team Leaders.
• 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
