• Collect the section key against signature and room report from the housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift.
• Clean assigned rooms thoroughly, make the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenish linen and guest supplies.
• Inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Supervisor for action and follow-up.
• Inform Order Taker / Floor Supervisor of any missing/broken items found in rooms.
• Attend to the guests requests and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty.
• Special general cleaning in guest rooms as per housekeeping daily, weekly and monthly schedule and occupancy level.
• Clean staircases, corridors, windows and pantries on the assigned floors as and when requested.
• Clean and store all the equipment in proper place and keep pantries well arranged.
• Pay particular attention to busy areas outside of section such as guest elevators inside and outside, ashtrays.
• Provide turndown services as per the hotel standard when assigned for Turndown service.
• Re-stock the trolley and pantries for the next day.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Report any suspicious behavior immediately, damages or missing items.
• Duty not limited in Rooms but also could be assigned in Public area, Laundry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in 4/5* hotel.
• Good knowledge of Housekeeping Operations.
• Locally available and ready to join immediately.
• Good level of engagement with guests.
• Good organizational skills and multitasking
