• Work with Digital/Retail brand teams to integrate systems for targeting recommendations, cross-promotion and be able to measure performance of different approaches.
• Clear understanding of CRM Analytics strategies such as Active/Inactive Customers, Cohort Analysis, Cross sell /Upsell, Customer segmentations and lifecycle value.
• Responsible for identifying different customer profiles, and carrying out the optimization of CRM activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation.
• Undertake ownership for integration of CRM/marketing automation tools with the Web and App ecosystem
• Responsible for building ETL process between the CRM/marketing automation tools and Data warehouse and should have a clear understanding of the Data models
• Responsible for hands-on modelling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging

• Create actionable dashboards on Tableau for all business units and all retail brands
