Responsibilities:
• Youwill be required to possess strong project management skills as thedelivery role requires client management, team management of up to6-7 people, coaching and resource management on a portfolio ofclients. A key part of delivery will be the creation, review anddelivery of complex client deliverables which will includeexecutive level reporting through to detailed designdocumentation.
• You will be expected toactively support the Director in working on business development inidentifying and converting new opportunities across the region forcapital markets work.
• Demonstrate where thecandidate has a proven business development track record.
• Developing yourself personally, taking a keeninterest in trends in Capital Markets regulations, global IPOs,regional GCC IPOs and other related capital markets developmentsand the impact on our clients so you can help shape their thinkingand our success in the market
• The role alsorequires that the candidate is able to collaborate with colleaguesacross different competences within the capital markets areaincluding a thorough understanding of UK/US/European comfort letterprocess on ECM/DCM deals, US IPO/SPAC transactions UK/GCC IPOreporting accountant diligence process.
•Working with colleagues in all Middle Eastern offices on clientwork and internal initiatives as well as with international teamswhere appropriate;
• Working with PwC teams inthe UK/US on capital market transactions involving thosejurisdictions.
• As a Senior Manager in theteam, the role includes wider practice management responsibilitieswhich will include coaching, training and mentoring junior staff,competency development and market eminenceactivities
